I was born in Pietrasanta and now live in Marina di Carrara, just steps from the sea, with my son, my husband, and our dog Oscar.
Writing has brought my imagination to life since childhood, but it was through children’s theater that it became a central part of my life. Over the past twenty-five years, theater has served my stories—I could write them, tell them, draw them. In 2011, that passion took shape in the form of a children’s bookstore, which has since closed.
Today, I teach, I read aloud, and I write—activities that, like theater, still allow me to embody words, to act through stories.
