SUSAN DUCKLING AND THE CASE OF THE MISSING BIRTHDAY GIFT

Susan Duckling, the daughter of the most famous Commissioner of Scotland Yard in London, asks her dad for an unusual birthday gift: to solve one of his important cases. At that very moment, a rhinoceros has gone missing from the London Zoo: the story is on the front pages of all the national newspapers. It seems like just the case for Susan… at least to start. “But where could the poor rhinoceros have gone? Who could have taken him?” Susan begins her investigation, and it doesn’t take much: a magnifying glass, a flashlight, and a few coins… you never know, she might want to grab an ice cream. Clue by clue, Susan solves the mystery, moving like a real detective: with observation, method, and psychology. Not alone, of course, but with the help of Agent Puddle, Commissioner Duckling’s right-hand man, who will have a lot to learn from the little detective!

And between one puzzle and another, all the pieces of the puzzle fall into place… including the missing cold!
