Some Days

Andrea Farotto is an oil engineer and, since 2022, also a writer of children’s books. He loves traveling around the world, discovering new places and embracing different cultures. When he’s not busy doing his main job, he spends his time inventing stories. His three children are his most profitable source of inspiration. His picture books have been published in Italy, Canada, the United States, France, Switzerland, Belgium and Korea.

Lucia de Marco, known online as "Lucy in the Paper Sky," is an Italian illustrator and pattern designer based in Milan. Originally from Bari, she studied Art History and traditional painting before graduating from Mimaster Illustration in 2019. Her work, created with watercolor, gouache, and digital techniques, is characterized by a delicate and poetic style. She collaborated with Book on a Tree for Ci sono giorni... (Caissa, 2022), written by Andrea Farotto. She loves books, coffee, autumn, and the sea of her native Puglia.
