Antonio Mirizzi (1995) made his debut in the world of comics in 2017 with the self-published volume Bologna Indegna. Throughout his career, he has worked as a writer and illustrator for prominent publishing houses, including Piemme, with which he published 21 Nobel per l’Italia in 2022, a project by Book on a Tree created in collaboration with Caterina Cappelli and Elena Triolo. In this book, nine middle school students, despite having very different stories and dreams, find inspiration in the lives of the twenty-one Italians who have received the Nobel Prize.

Caterina Cappelli

Caterina Cappelli, born in Vicenza in 1995, is an illustrator and character designer with extensive experience in the fields of animation and publishing. A graduate in Comics and Illustration from the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna, she has held prominent roles as an art director, character designer, and visual developer. At the same time, she has distinguished herself as a comic book artist and educational illustrator. She collaborated with Book on a Tree to illustrate *21 Nobel for Italy* (Piemme, 2022), a book that tells the stories of the twenty-one Italians awarded the Nobel Prize, inspiring young readers to envision their future through the talent and achievements of these extraordinary figures.
