Gabriele Barrocu

Born in Acqui Terme in Monferrato, in 2002 he joined the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia where he graduated in animation.

Immediately after, he worked at Rai as an Illustrator and Animator for L’Albero Azzurro and for several Italian and international productions such as Maga Animation, Movimenti, Enanimation, AnimaTO, Mbanga Studio, Progetto Immagine, Pepito Produzioni, and many others.

At the same time, he continued his freelance career as an Animator, Storyboard Artist, Compositing Artist, and Illustrator. He has collaborated with Lisciani on two books: Mago Marchino e l’amaca dei sogni and Mago Marchino e l’invito a cena con relitto, with texts by Pierdomencio Baccalario.
