Marilisa Cotroneo

Marilisa Cotroneo, born in a small town in Northern Italy, began her journey with a suitcase in hand. After earning a degree in artistic disciplines in Turin, she continued her journey to Rome, where she completed two master’s degrees in illustration. For now, her trolley is parked there, where she lives and collaborates with Italian and foreign publishing houses. She creates worlds and characters in her small studio, between a cup of tea and a dog that always steals her shoes. For Feltrinelli, she illustrated Mio zio è un gatto (2023; text by Pierdomenico Baccalario).
