Sergio Olivotti

Sergio Olivotti holds a degree in Architecture from Genoa and works in education, children’s publishing (as both author and illustrator), and graphic design.
He has collaborated with publishers such as Rizzoli, Terre di Mezzo, Lapis, Sinnos, and Salani, earning prestigious awards including the Andersen Prize and Super Andersen Prize for Se fossi Ugo (Corraini Editore) in 2025.
His works have been selected for international poster biennials in Bolivia, Poland, Mexico, and Russia.
Founder of the Italian Poster Biennial, he teaches editorial design at the Ligustica Academy of Genoa.
With Book on a Tree, he published Ma che storia è? (Clichy, 2023).
