The Stones of Levermoir

Things have been happening here on the island lately… ‘Bad things.’

On Levermoir, an island off the Irish coast, everyone knows each other, and life seems to flow the same way it always has.
It’s been a tough year for Liam. His mother died after falling onto a pair of garden shears, and his father prefers to drink rather than stay at home.
One morning, Liam decides to skip school, and while wandering around, he sees something hanging near the lighthouse; it’s the body of Mr. Corry, the lighthouse keeper. At first glance, it looks like suicide. But who would have killed such a peaceful man?
Liam decides to go to the lighthouse to investigate. There, he finds a strange stone, very similar to the one found near his mother. The two stones, when placed together, become one. Liam shares his astonishment with his lifelong friends, Midrius and Dotty. Meanwhile, tragic events unfold relentlessly, and on each occasion, a fragment of that stone makes an appearance. What is its secret?
