Topo Gigio

Winner of the Pulcinella Award at the “Cartoons on the Bay” animation festival. Animated Series. Produced by Topo Gigio s.r.l. and Movimenti Production for Rai Ragazzi. Italy, 2020.

After more than sixty years since its debut, the most beloved mouse on screen captivates children and adults with its new adventures, continuing the dream of its creator Maria Perego to make it a timeless icon.

Topo Gigio is the first mouse to choose to live in the human world, facing every small discovery with the wonder of someone experiencing a special adventure. Watching over him are his inseparable friend Zoe, who patiently helps him resolve any “gigiata” mishaps, and his classmate Bob, who amazes him with bizarre inventions and stunt-proof bicycles. Along with them, the G-Team (Mole, Pigeon, Bunnies, Toad, and Turtle) is always ready for new missions.

The series, produced entirely in Italy and enhanced by the creative contributions of Book on a Tree in the screenplay for some episodes, is an animated adventure that brings Gigio into the hearts of today’s families. In each episode, Gigio explores the world with the wide-eyed wonder of someone who believes that even a little mouse can become a great hero!
