Alessandro Gatti

Alessandro was born in Alexandria in 1975. He grew up in an old house in Calamandrana, in the hilly region of Monferrato. He then moved to Turin where he gained his degree and Ph.D. in philosophy, just in time to find out that the world didn’t need another philosopher. It was at this point that his friend Pierdomenico suggested that he start writing children’s stories. Since then, Alessandro has written more than thirty books, some of them with Pierdomenico, published in France, Germany, US, South Korea and several other countries.
